Senior Program Manager Technical Operations (all genders) – permanent / fulltime

Make an impact:
With your experience and passion, you will be leading a cross-functional matrix team with integrity and respect, deliver results, champion change, foster collaboration and teamwork, engage, and inspire.
This means you will:
Develop project plans and timelines for new product introduction of innovative pipeline assets or tech transfers of established products – in alignment with the global strategy.
Maintain operational awareness of the deliverables and upcoming needs to proactively identify, communicate and manage team risks, including escalation as appropriate with a strategic, cross-functional mindset.
Support development of the business case and define recommendations that are specific and measurable.
Routinely update cross-functional teams on status and changes as well as present Program updates and outcomes to executive management.
This is how you can make a difference:
Technical education background – Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Chemistry or Pharmacy preferred.
At least 6 years combined experience in positions related to process development, project management, engineering/process support and manufacturing including strong knowledge of GMP Manufacturing.
Expertise in project management tools (Microsoft Excel, MS project and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to senior management.
Ability to develop and manage financial related elements of a project; strong business acumen including project and cost accounting.
