Job description
Full responsibility for sales, marketing, and distribution of the process analytics business in the China
Managing, developing and further expansion of the local team
Maintaining and deepening contact with existing customers and acquisition of new customers in markets such as chemical, pharma, water/ wastewater and food & beverage
Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share
Preparation of sales planning, budget, and key sales figures
Direct reporting to the Sales Director China and to the Global Head of Sales in the German HQ

Engineering Degree, preferable in chemical or electrical engineering
Long term sales experience in the field instrumentation, process analytics, measurement & control or sensor technology with documented success
Good knowledge and existing networks to the process industry
Profound Leadership Experience
Customer-focused, dynamic character and hands-on-attitude
Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual and strategic strength
Very good skills in Chinese and English
Trustful personality living in the Shanghai Area
